Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, with tags and packaging intact.

Once approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return label or return instructions.
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7–14 working days after inspection.

Non-returnable items: Personalised goods, gift cards, downloadable products, and hygiene-sensitive items (such as water bottles, underwear, or socks) cannot be returned unless faulty.
