Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you received your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
Non-Returnable items
Certain types of goods cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable or digital products
- Personalised or customised items
- Health & hygiene products that have been worn, used, or opened (e.g. water bottles, underwear, socks, etc.)
Proof of Purchase
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (your order confirmation email is sufficient).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and confirm whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
- If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–14 working days.
- If rejected (e.g. items not returned in original condition), we will notify you with reasons.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 14 days:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company (it may take time for your refund to be officially posted).
- Contact your bank.

sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded unless they are faulty.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or the wrong size (if stock is available). To arrange an exchange, contact us at support@goxy.co.uk
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card code will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the order was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
Shipping returns

We currently offer free returns within the United Kingdom. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return label or instructions on how to return your item at no cost to you.
Please ensure that the item is returned in its original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.
For higher-value items, we recommend using the provided return label with tracking to ensure your parcel reaches us safely.
